Lindsey Vonn Olympics ended after her slalom skiing outside of the woman, her last event in Vancouver.
Vonn straddled a gate in the first half of his career on Friday. She could not correct his line after his right foot, outside slipped away leaving a left turn.
"I went out there fighting and it was not my day," said Vonn, who won two medals at the Games, but could not finish three of the five races.
She won her gold medal as the top seed in your signature down event, and took bronze in the Super-G.
"I am totally satisfied with everything I've done here. I have the gold medal I came here," said Vonn.
His biggest rival and best friend, Maria Riesch of Germany won gold in the slalom.
Curling: Sweden, went the distance in capturing another gold medal in Olympic women's curling, beating a Canadian team cheered by a crowd clanging bell.
